Oasis Reunion Betting Special

Oasis Reunion Betting Special

Oasis is back baby, and the Bodog entertainment betting has reacted and then some. After a 15-year hiatus, the Gallagher brothers have reconciled and are back on the road for a reunion tour in 2025. Many of us had written them off after they quit mid-event at the V Festival in Staffordshire in 2009 after just one performance.

ENTERTAINMENT ODDS

It was just a matter of time before they broke up. The Gallagher brothers were always fighting, but the tension reached a tipping point for guitarist/songwriter Noel at V Festival, leading him to quit minutes before a concert was slated to begin because he “could not go on working with Liam (his brother) a day longer.”

In their heyday, Oasis were untouchable. They sold out every show and whipped up Platinum-level studio albums on the spot. “Wonderwall”, from their second studio album, (What’s the Story) Morning Glory?, became a generational song of the ‘90s and much of that nostalgia is drawing people to the reunion tour.

Although the tour is called a “world tour,” it’s happening only in the UK and Ireland at this time. Shows will take place in Manchester, London, Edinburgh, Cardiff and Dublin—and tickets are sold out. More shows were added to the bill since they released the initial tour.

Any hope of them coming across the pond could easily become a reality. There’s been talk of a “verbal agreement” to play in Los Angeles (SoFi Stadium), some East Coast cities and even in Argentina and Mexico. The official Oasis website states that “plans are underway for OASIS LIVE ’25 to go to other continents outside of Europe later next year.” Hopefully they’ll return to Canada where they played 24 shows between 1994 and 2008.

Extending and expanding the tour will depend on the two brothers sticking together and staying the course. Oasis reunion betting is open for those who want to throw a wager on some aspect of the tour. Bet on which song you think they’ll start with, which brother will call it quits first, and whether or not some chaos will erupt on stage. Anything can happen when Liam and Noel are involved.

First Song

What will be the first song on the setlist? Most Oasis live performances kick off with “Rock ‘n’ Roll Star,” the first song from their first studio album, Definitely Maybe. The last time they played live, at the 2009 V Festival, they started with this classic, making it an easy favourite on the Oasis odds board at -500.

But things can change in 15 years. Maybe they’ll start with “Acquiesce” from the compilation album, The Masterplan (1998). “Cigarettes & Alcohol” and “Columbia”, both from Definitely Maybe, are also strong contenders to kick off the show, and are available at a tasty +1000 odds.

  • Rock ‘n’ Roll Star -500
  • Acquiesce +1000
  • Cigarettes & Alcohol +1000
  • Columbia +1000
  • Whatever +1000
  • Morning Glory +1200

First to Drop Out

Most fans wouldn’t be surprised if the tour ended prematurely because one of the brothers quit. Bet on who’d be the first to do it this time: Liam (-150) or Noel (+110). Noel was the one who quit in 2009, prompting the 15-year hiatus. Will he do it again, or see it through? With +110 odds, the bet has solid value.

  • Liam -150
  • Noel +110

2025 Specials

Just how chaotic can things get on this tour? The brothers were known for being the bad boys of Britpop in their heyday and they often brought some of that turmoil on-stage, making these betting markets fun for old school Oasis fans.

Liam and Noel to get into a physical fight on stage +800

Liam and Noel have gotten into their fair share of brawls; could one erupt during a live show? Put down a bet.

Liam to throw a tambourine at Noel on stage +800

At Oasis’ first live show in America, the entire band was feeling the effects of their pre-show partying. Whether intentional or not, Liam threw his tambourine at Noel. It could happen again on the next tour.

Noel to hit Liam with a cricket bat on stage +5000

This bet refers to the full-blown brawl the brothers had at a recording studio when Liam showed up with a crew of tag-alongs from the local pub. Noel was still working on the album and as the situation escalated, Noel hit his brother over the head with a cricket bat.

To Appear on Stage with Oasis

Try to predict if another musician will join Oasis on stage to perform a song—and get paid if you’re right. Here are the top contenders.

Johnny Marr +800

English singer songwriter Johnny Marr, from The Smiths, is touring as an independent musician and could join Oasis next year. Early on in Oasis’ meteoric rise, Marr was friends with Noel and gave him a guitar to help speed up Noel’s tedious tunings between songs.

Mani +800

English bass guitarist Mani (Gary Mounfield) from The Stone Roses and Primal Scream said in an interview that he’d be willing to join three bands, and Oasis was one of them. Back when Oasis was just getting started, Mani leant Noel a guitar amp. Noel considered The Stone Roses to be the second-best band from Manchester, so it’s not a stretch to think that Mani could make a guest appearance with Oasis.

John Squire +1000

Also from The Stone Roses, John Squire has already performed with Oasis and could do it again on their 2025 tour. Liam and Squire have recently collaborated on a studio album (Liam Gallagher John Squire, released in 2024) and went on tour from March 2024 to April 2024.

We hope to see Oasis land in North America next year. Few bands have made the impact on the music industry that Oasis has, and are still touring. This could be the last chance to see them live—and we’re all in.
